Afloral Return Steps

1. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
2. We always want you to be happy! If we can do better with your experience at Afloral for any reason, please contact us.
3. Shipping & Handling charges will not be refunded.
4. Return labels can only be provided for Continental US orders at this time.
5. Please make sure all items are in original condition with tags. Include a copy of the order confirmation email.
6. If you have more than one box, process the items in each box as a separate return.
7. Please allow 7-14 days after delivery for your refund to be processed.
8. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns. (Prices ending in $.x5)

Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be subject to restocking fees or denial of the refund.
